How to order?

• Step 1: Customer to fill in order form here and send it
• Step 2: Tanglin Bake will reply with an invoice indicating the delivery slot and total cost/price
• Step 3: Customer to make payment to 8932 9230 via PayNow within 24 hours
• Step 4: Upon receipt of payment, Tanglin Bake will send order confirmation
• Step 5: Customer to look forward to our delivery on the stipulated delivery slot

Minimum orders.

For petite cakes, minimum order of 6 will be required.

Delivery charges will be free for orders above $100

Exchange, refunds and cancellations.

No refunds, exchange, cancellations or amendments is applicable once order is confirmed.

We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice and at our sole discretion.

DELIVERY

What are the delivery charges?

It is calculated based on the distance from our home bakery which is located at Tanglin View (nearest MRT: Redhill).

If no one is present to receive the delivered cakes at the stipulated time, the cake will be placed at the door.

For orders above $100, delivery will be free.

Why do I have to wait 3 days for my delivery?

Our cheesecakes are made fresh upon order confirmation, and we need time to prepare the cheesecake.

ABOUT OUR CHEESECAKES

How long can your cheesecakes be stored?

Our cheesecakes are made fresh without preservatives. Hence it has to be refrigerated and best consumed within 3 days from delivery.

If it is not refrigerated, it has to be consumed within the day.

Are your cheesecakes Halal-certified?

They are not but we do not use pork or lard in our cheesecakes.

Why is your cheesecake smaller than other cheesecakes?

Our cheesecakes may be small but each one is rich with quality ingredients.

The cheesecakes are served in petite sizes such that its richness will not overwhelm your palate nor worry you with calories. If one is not enough, you can go for a few more and in different flavours.
